About the Role:

We're looking for an
Instructional Designer
who thinks like a
Learning Experience Designer
.

This is
not
a traditional lesson-planning or content-writing role.

You'll research real-world systems, industries, engineering challenges, civic infrastructure, technology, businesses and communities, then transform those insights into engaging,



inquiry-driven learning experiences for students.

Our projects typically span
6–10 classroom periods
, where students investigate authentic challenges, collaborate, prototype, test, reflect and improve. You'll design complete learning experiences that develop measurable 21st-century skills while supporting Lean Hyphen's digital learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Learning Design
- Research real-world systems, industries, technologies and societal challenges.
- Investigate authentic problems suitable for different age groups.
- Conduct research on
NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, Kaushal Vikas, CBSE Competency-Based Education, government skill development initiatives and global future skills frameworks.
- Benchmark leading curriculum providers, EdTech companies and creative learning models.
- Translate research into meaningful classroom experiences, projects, assessments and digital
