PATHtoIP LLP is a techno-legal Intellectual Property (IP) strategy and patent prosecution boutique serving clients across India, the US, Canada, and Australia. We work with creative companies in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Chemicals, and Deep-Tech sectors, helping them protect and commercialize their innovations through strategic IP solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys lead generation, CRM management, sales operations, and building meaningful client relationships in a skilled services environment.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, industry databases, events, and conferences.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Chemicals, and Deep-Tech industries.





• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM as the single source of truth by accurately recording leads, calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before escalating opportunities for proposal discussions.

• Track sales pipeline stages, conversion rates, follow-up schedules, and engagement activities.

• Identify stalled opportunities and recommend actions to move them forward.

• Collaborate with internal technical and client liaison teams to ensure timely proposal submissions and client communication.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline health, and business development performance.

• Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging based on conversion results and market feedback.

• Develop a strong understanding of how Intellectual Property services are sold, from initial outreach to client onboarding.
