What you will do : This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of sales programs and maintaining alignment across sales, marketing, and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution Support: Assist in the daily implementation of sales programs, track progress, and share updates with the sales team to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Leaderboard Management: Manage and update the Sales Champions (PC/AC) leaderboard, perform related calculations, and broadcast results to sales leadership and teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with marketing and global teams to maintain accurate trackers and provide timely updates on Sales Champions initiatives.
- Perform other BAU sales operations transactions
You will be a great fit if you
a) Minimum Education B.Tech, MBA or any equivalent degree/diploma
b) Minimum Experience : 3 years in sales solutioning, dashboard creation, reporting, stakeholder management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Stakeholder management
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven expertise in influencing, persuading, negotiating and decision making
- Robust in written & verbal communication
- Comfortable networking with anyone both with in India and across the globe
- Working knowledge of SQL query . Advanced excel and ppt skills
