Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounts Manager located in Chennai. The Finance and Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing financial analysis,



preparing financial statements, and coordinating with external auditors.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Accounting principles
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Analysis, P&L;, balance sheet and budgeting
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance and fiscal audits
- Advanced skills in Tally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
