1. Document Audit
- Verify Branch Banking related documents as per Checklist provided by client
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained as per SOP
- Identify discrepancies and report to Client
- Maintain audit records and support compliance checks
2. Fixed Asset Audit
- Assist in physical verification of fixed assets
- Tagging and tracking of assets
- Reconcile physical assets with records in asset register
- Report missing, damaged, or unrecorded assets
- Maintain proper documentation of asset movements (If any found during verification)
3. Inventory Audit (to be assigned later)
- Support in stock verification at warehouses or branches
- Compare physical inventory with system records
- Identify stock variances and report discrepancies
- Observe and highlight discrepancies relating to inventory control procedures, basic safety and security Compliances
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (B.Com, BBA, or similar degrees,Except B.A)
- Basic understanding of accounting and auditing concepts
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer usage
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel for audits (if required)
