Job Description

1.Job Objective :-

To achieve the die maintenance parameters as per defined target

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
- Implement a comprehensive die maintenance program, including regular inspection and repairactivities.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule die maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production

schedules.
- Monitorand control the die maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis of die failures and breakdowns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing

corrective actions
- Conduct trials of new tools to ensure they meet required specifications and performance criteria.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of new tools, assessing their performance, compatibility with existing

processes.




- Engage with customers regarding die life, performance, and recent tool purchase orders.
- Address customer concerns and feedback related to die maintenance.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address customer concerns related to die performance, quality issues,

or non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production teams to integrate new tools into the manufacturing process and reduction in die

breakdowns.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience Required :-

Diploma orEngineering graduate- mechanical or production.

15 to 17 years of experience in HPDC die maintenance.
