We are a luxury residential architecture and interior design studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specializing in high-end villas, bungalows, and bespoke residential projects.

*POSITIONS-*
1. Senior Architect
We are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Architect who can independently lead residential architecture projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, technical understanding, consultant coordination abilities, and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage residential architecture projects independently
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural consultants, vendors,
and execution teams
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Ensure projects are aligned with client requirements, timelines, and design standards
• Guide junior architects and support the internal design team
• Participate in client discussions and presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience in luxury residential projects, villas, and bungalows
• Strong technical and execution understanding
• Ability to independently handle projects and consultant coordination
• Valuable communication and presentation skills
Software Skills
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Basic rendering workflow understanding
• Knowledge of rendering and visualization workflows preferred
