Role Description
The Store Supervisor role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role oversees daily store operations, including supervising team members, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. The Store Supervisor is responsible for monitoring customer service standards, resolving customer concerns, and supporting a positive shopping experience. Additional duties include coordinating staff schedules, overseeing cash handling procedures,



tracking basic inventory, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and support store team members effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact with customers and colleagues clearly and respectfully.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
