Role Description
The Horticulturist will work on-site in Kanpur in a full time capacity, supporting farm development, landscaping,



and green infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and maintaining gardens, orchards, and landscaped areas, selecting suitable plant species, and ensuring plant health through proper soil management, pruning, pest and disease control, and nutrient application. The role involves designing and supervising irrigation systems, monitoring water use efficiency, and coordinating landscape maintenance activities across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The Horticulturist will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to implement sustainable planting schemes, support large-scale plantation drives, and ensure high-quality execution aligned with environmental and safety standards. The role also includes documentation of field activities, providing technical guidance to workers, and contributing to continuous improvement of horticultural practices.
