Role Description
The Residential Property Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of residential properties, including coordination of housekeeping, security, maintenance, and soft services.



The Residential Property Manager will handle tenant communications, address service requests, manage lease-related documentation, and ensure adherence to facility policies and safety standards. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance, supervising on-site staff, conducting property inspections, and supporting budgeting and cost control for the residential sites. The Residential Property Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and residents to maintain a high standard of service and a safe, well-maintained environment.
