We are expanding our capabilities in Audio-Video System Integration (AVSI) to complement our strong Unified Communications (UC) business. We are looking for experienced AVSI Sales professionals to spearhead our AVSI growth across India. This role demands deep knowledge of AVSI technologies, customer-centric solution selling, and strong relationships with OEMs, partners, consultants, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive AV/SI business through strong technical design across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Own and support the full sales cycle: solution selling, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage with the sales team and clients to understand requirements and pitch solutions.
- Build comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for AV/SI solutions including video conferencing, digital signage, command & control rooms, immersive AV experiences, and hybrid collaboration solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, project, and delivery teams to create winning AV solutions tailored to client needs.
- Forge relationships with AVSI OEMs like Crestron, Extron, Harman, QSC, Biamp,



Shure, Barco, LG, Samsung, Poly, Logitech, and Jabra.
- Work with AV consultants and general contractors to influence AV specifications.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of AV/SI or Pro-AV design experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise or system integration context.
- Proven track record in designing integrated AV solutions not just hardware, but solution-led AV (design, deployment, services).
- Strong understanding of AV-over-IP, hybrid meeting infrastructure, AV room control, video walls, and immersive display technology.
- Experience working with leading AV/SI OEMs.
