Role Description
The Front Office Associate is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience at the hotel’s reception. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling room keys, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests.



The role involves answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, and maintaining accurate guest records. The Front Office Associate also supports reservation handling, manages billing queries, and ensures that the lobby and reception area are presentable and organized at all times.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and check-in/check-out procedures, including handling reservations and basic billing.
- Clear and courteous communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and confident face-to-face interaction.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and familiarity with front office software or property management systems.
- Prior experience in hospitality or front office operations is preferred; fresh graduate
