Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our showroom experience, assisting customers in selecting furniture and furnishings, developing furniture designs, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring every project meets our quality and design standards.

This role combines creativity, technical knowledge, client interaction, and project coordination to deliver exceptional furniture and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Design & Visual Merchandising
- Provide creative inputs for showroom layouts and product displays.
- Continuously improve the overall look and feel of the store.
- Curate furniture, dcor, lighting, fabrics, and accessories to create inspiring display settings.
- Ensure seasonal displays and product presentations align with the brand identity.

2. Customer Consultation & Design Assistance




- Meet and understand clients' functional requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budgets.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture, fabrics, finishes, colours, and accessories.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and material recommendations.
- Guide customers throughout the design and selection process to ensure a seamless buying experience.

3. Furniture Design & Technical Documentation
- Prepare detailed furniture drawings, including:
- Elevations
- Sections
- Internal construction details
- Cut sections
- Joinery details
- Develop complete specification sheets with dimensions, materials, hardware, finishes, upholstery, and construction details.
- Ensure all drawings are production-ready and technically accurate.

4. Costing & Project Estimation
- Prepare detailed project cost calculations, including:
- Raw material costing
- Hardware costing
- Upholstery and fabric requirements
- Labour costing
