We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Microsoft 365 & AI Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, design, migration, automation, and AI transformation initiatives across the organization.

This is a senior-level, solutions-focused role for a technical leader who can design enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions, drive modernization efforts, and leverage AI to transform business processes and productivity.

Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise Microsoft technology IT experience.
- Expert-level experience architecting and designing Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Security, Compliance, etc.).
- Expert-level experience planning and executing Microsoft 365 migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, and related automation solutions).
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI transformation, including AI adoption, governance, automation, and business process optimization.
