Account Receivable/AR Caller – Entry Level (0 to 1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic AR Callers with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our healthcare billing team. The role involves calling insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending medical claims and ensure timely payment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call insurance companies to check the status of submitted medical claims.
- Follow up on denied or unpaid claims.
- Document actions and information accurately in the system.
- Understand insurance terminology and resolve basic claim issues.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance (training will be provided).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- 0–1 year of experience in AR calling or medical billing.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, etc.)
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
