We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee daily civil works and on-site logistics for our railway/infrastructure project at the ONGC Hazira site in Surat.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring that safety protocols, technical drawings, and daily progress targets are met. You will supervise field workers, coordinate material unloading, and maintain precise daily logs.

Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day civil construction and site activities at the ONGC Hazira project.
- Daily Progress Tracking: Prepare daily work reports, track labor attendance, and coordinate closely with project coordinators.
- Logistics & Material Coordination: Oversee the movement of materials, machinery, and track assets entering or exiting the site.
- Coordination & Liaison: Assist in managing site gate passes, safety clearance documentation, and coordinating with client representatives on-site.
- Quality & Safety Compliance:



Ensure all work is executed as per civil drawings, keeping strict compliance with ONGC's rigorous safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Graduate (B.Tech in Civil / Equivalent).
- Experience: Prior experience in site supervision, civil infrastructure, or railway siding works is highly preferred.
- Two-Wheeler Mandatory: Must own a reliable bike and have a valid driving license for frequent movement around and within the project site.
- Skills:
- Ability to read civil drawings and track measurements.
- Strong communication skills to manage on-site labor and coordinate with the main office.
- Basic computer literacy (reporting via mobile/MS Excel) to send daily updates.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
