About the Role

is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media Planner & Buyer to join our growing team, The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic media plans, identifying the most effective media channels, negotiating media inventory, and executing successful campaigns across ATL, BTL, and OOH platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

Candidates should have a robust understanding of the Delhi - North India media landscape, geographical markets, and established relationships with regional media vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and OOH media campaigns.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and advertising partners.
- Manage campaign execution, budgets,



and timelines.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with Client Servicing, Creative, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize media placements for maximum effectiveness.
- Track campaign budgets, spending, and delivery against planned objectives.
- Resolve campaign-related issues proactively to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to recommend effective media solutions.
- Prepare detailed media plans, schedules, budgets, and campaign forecasts.
- Recommend the optimal mix of ATL, BTL, Digital, OOH, media channels.
