Centre Head / Clinic Manager

Role Purpose

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Centre Head who can take full ownership of the clinic’s business performance, profitability, team management, customer experience, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complete P&L; responsibility of the clinic.

• Drive revenue growth across consultations, diagnostics, health checks, vaccinations, pharmacy and specialty services.

• Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies

• Build referral networks with doctors, corporates, schools, housing societies and local influencers.

• Drive preventive healthcare programs, camps and corporate health initiatives.

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 50+ employees.

• Recruit, mentor and develop team members.

• Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.

• Monitor KPIs,



profitability, productivity and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with Apollo standards and healthcare regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8–15 years of overall experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role with P&L; responsibility.

• Experience managing a business unit, clinic, wellness centre, education centre or similar customer-facing operation.

• Managed a team of 30+ employees.

• Solid leadership, sales, marketing and business development capabilities.
- Proficiency in English communication and expert in Word, Excel and PPT.
- Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred.
