Role Description
The Marketing Intern will support the Startup Story® team in executing marketing initiatives that promote startup stories and community events. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with content planning for social media, coordinating campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping manage online engagement with partners and audiences. The role includes supporting outreach efforts to startups,



tracking campaign performance, and providing administrative support to the marketing function as needed. This is an internship role based in New Delhi, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with startups, partners, and audiences.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development for campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Basic understanding of Sales and promotional activities to support lead generation and partnership efforts.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and storytelling, with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in common digital tools and social media platforms; familiarity with analytics or CRM tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing
