Role Description
The Event Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and vendors, assisting with event timelines, managing on-ground logistics, and ensuring that setup and breakdown activities run smoothly. The role involves handling guest inquiries, supporting customer service at events,



and maintaining clear communication with the event management team. The Event Assistant will also help with documentation, basic budgeting support, inventory tracking, and post-event follow-up to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and professional interaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Hands-on Event Planning experience, with an understanding of timelines, checklists, and coordination tasks.
- Basic Event Management skills, including vendor coordination, on-site support, and logistics handling.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and handle event-related details efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event
