Role Description
The Assistant Manager Accounting Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation and review of journal entries,



maintenance of general ledgers, and timely production of financial statements and reports. The Assistant Manager will support month-end and year-end close processes, ensure adherence to accounting policies, and assist in resolving discrepancies in financial data. The role includes collaborating with internal teams and clients to clarify financial information, improving process efficiency, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. The position also involves mentoring junior team members, supporting audits, and contributing to operational best practices in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret key financial documents.
- Proficiency in Journal Entries (US Accounting) and Finance, including general ledger management and reconciliation of accounts.
