We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who's ready to get deep into the platforms — building, running, and optimizing campaigns day to day — while learning to think end-to-end about how paid spend drives real business outcomes. You'll work closely with a senior marketer/leadership to execute the growth strategy, with real ownership over campaign-level decisions and a clear path to taking on more as you grow. Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube) and Meta Ads (FB/Instagram), under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Support budget pacing across live campaigns, flagging over/under-spend and performance shifts for review.
- Assist in building full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion — as directed by the overall marketing strategy.
- Set up and maintain campaign-level tracking: conversion pixels, UTM tagging, and basic GA4 event/conversion setup, with support from senior team members for more complex integrations.
- Monitor cost-per-lead and conversion metrics daily/weekly, and flag quality concerns by coordinating with the sales team on lead feedback.
