Role Purpose

To support the growth and operational readiness of Aditi Handmade Paper Studio through product design, project coordination, procurement support, studio operations and execution of workshop/training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead art, product and collection design, developing innovative products aligned with studio vision and market demand, train recent associates and bring them up to speed in various product making.
- Coordinate procurement, petty cash, inventory, asset records and purchase tracking.
- Liaise and support Aditi with architects, landscapers, civil teams, carpenters, electricians and other contractors to ensure timely completion of studio projects.
- Support and track construction activities (when she is not around) including roofing, false ceilings, flooring, furniture, storage, electrical works and storefront/display setup.




- Assist with daily studio operations, administration, team coordination and skill development initiatives.
- Act as the support in the absence of the Studio Head, ensuring continuity of activities and follow-ups.
- Provide executive and coordination support to Sister Aditi, helping prioritize, track and execute key initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of workshops, events, artist collaborations and future studio programs, including logistics, registrations and participant coordination.
