We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior / Lead Design Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in mechanical design, product development, and manufacturing drawings, along with proficiency in CAD software. The candidate will be responsible for leading design activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using Solidworks
- Prepare fabrication, machining, and assembly drawings as per engineering standards.
- Design and develop automation systems, special purpose machines (SPMs), conveyors, and mechanical assemblies.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis,



and component selection.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review customer requirements and translate them into practical eng
- Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
- Mentor junior design engineers and interns when required.

Experience in Industrial Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Material Handling Systems, or Conveyors will be an added advantage.
