Primary Skill (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism.
- Develop and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.




- Work on Change Requests (CRs), enhancements, bug fixes, and production support.
- Analyze business processes and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation processes.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Follow RPA best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Strong development experience in Blue Prism.
- Experience in developing end-to-end automation solutions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
- Experience in production support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
