- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS technical solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
- Design and implement RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements).
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and support HRMS integrations using APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and file-based interfaces (CSV/XML).
- Create and maintain BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and perform complex SQL data extraction.
- Customize and support Oracle Workflow, AME, and SSHR processes for HRMS approvals and transactions.
- Work extensively with HRMS data models, including PER, Payroll tables, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability.
- Support code migrations, deployments, patching, upgrades, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle EBS development standards and provide technical support throughout project lifecycles.
