Role Description
The Outbound Sales Representative is a full time, remote role responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients for Sutrixa International’s AI-based solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting outbound calls and messages, qualifying leads, presenting core value propositions, and scheduling discovery meetings or demos with decision-makers.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on leads consistently, and collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. The representative will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute to improving sales scripts and campaigns to support revenue growth and client acquisition.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills, with experience in proactive outreach and deal progression.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, list building, and qualification of potential clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging prospects, building rapport, and handling objections.
