The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of network, server, cloud, and end-user computing environments. The role will support the implementation of IT infrastructure projects, coordinate with vendors, and provide technical support to business users across corporate and project locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and endpoint devices.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure/AWS (basic administration), DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
- Monitor system performance, network availability, and infrastructure health to ensure minimum downtime.
- Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related incidents through internal support teams and external vendors.
- Manage user administration, access control, email services, and endpoint security.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones,



biometric devices, and other IT assets.
- Support implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Assist in deploying ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications by providing infrastructure support.
- Implement IT security controls including antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, infrastructure documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC management, warranty claims, and SLA monitoring.
- Support recent office/site setup, network expansion, and infrastructure readiness for business operations.
