About the Role: We are looking for a young, smart, and agile Experience Centre / Showroom Manager with excellent communication skills and strong experience in handling end customers, architects, interior designers, and premium clientele. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Architectural Lighting Experience Centre and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Role & Responsibilities
- Experience Centre Operations
- - Oversee day-to-day management of the Architectural Lighting Experience Centre.




- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage product displays, lighting setups, and ensure functional demonstrations.
- Client Interaction & Customer Experience
- - Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored lighting product recommendations.
- Conduct guided showroom tours and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up.
- Sales Support & Coordination
- - Support the sales team with lead qualification and customer handling.
- Assist in preparing quotations, product presentations, and proposal follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Relationship Building
- - Build strong relationships with architects, interior designer
