About the Role

DesignCafe is hiring a Senior Paid Media Analyst who really knows Google Ads and Meta Ads inside out and can plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end to end. We want someone who's spent enough time in these platforms to understand how the auctions and algorithms actually behave, not just someone who knows which buttons to click.

Paid media execution looks quite different today than it did even a couple of years ago, with automated bidding, AI-driven campaign types, and generative tools now part of everyday work. So we're also looking for someone who's comfortable using AI tools for things like creative generation, copy testing, and reporting, while still applying positive judgement on strategy and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, launch, and manage campaigns end to end across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram,



Advantage+).
- Platform Depth: Bring a solid, current understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Ads actually work: auction dynamics, automated bidding, audience signals, and algorithm behaviour, and use that to push performance beyond the basics.
- AI-First Execution: Use AI tools for ad copy and creative generation, creative testing, performance insights, and reporting to work faster and get more done.
- Daily Optimization: Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives on a daily basis to keep improving performance.
- Creative & Landing Page Testing: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives and landing pages, using data and AI-assisted analysis to find winning variants faster.
- Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports, and use AI tools to help pull out trends and insights rather than just raw numbers.
