Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Billing & Collections Specialist at QuickReply.ai, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include managing the billing process, generating accurate invoices, coordinating client billing,
and ensuring timely payments. The role also involves monitoring accounts for overdue payments, addressing billing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Client Billing
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and ability to manage financial records
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in relevant software tools and spreadsheet applications
- Prior experience in billing or collections is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
