Role Description
The Senior RPA Developer will design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions that optimize financial and operational workflows for clients in ARM, Accounting & Tax, and RCM. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, creating automation designs, implementing bots using recognized RPA tools, performing testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with client requirements.



The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and provide guidance on automation best practices. This is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, requiring regular interaction with local teams and participation in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Robotics and Process Automation, with demonstrated experience building and deploying RPA solutions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess complex financial and operational workflows, identify automation opportunities, and optimize performance.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid Software Development skills, including experience with programming or scripting languages commonly used in RPA (e.g., C#, .NE
