Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer-reported incidents and service requests until successful resolution.
- Administer and support enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Protection, EDR/XDR, Antivirus, and Email Security.
- Monitor security events, alerts, and XDR analytics to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, policy implementation, and health monitoring of security platforms.
