Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced in FPA. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering, along with experience managing the Europe region. The candidate must possess proven people management skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive strategic financial decisions.
- Manage financial planning and reporting for the Europe region.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.




- Lead and mentor the FPA team, ensuring effective people management and team development.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA).
- Experience handling Europe region financial operations.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar ERP/BI tools is an advantage).

Qualification
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CA Inter / CMA / CMA Inter
