Role Description
The Accounts Manager role at DuFlora Agri Products Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Manoharabad. The Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including managing ledgers, tracking payables and receivables, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely payments. This role will be responsible for preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and reconciling bank accounts. The Accounts Manager will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing issues,



support audits, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, implementing process improvements, and providing transparent financial reports to management.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in general accounting, including ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate clear reports.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance requirements.
