Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences (FIMS) is hiring an aggressive, results-driven Healthcare Marketing Executive to accelerate patient acquisition from both urban and rural populations across the district. A major focus of this role will be leveraging our free hospital transportation service to make advanced healthcare accessible to remote rural patients, while simultaneously driving premium services in urban Kadapa. Direct experience in hospital-field marketing and regional networking is strictly required.

Key Responsibilities
- Rural Mobility Marketing: Actively promote FIMS’s free transportation and shuttle services to rural patients across the Kadapa region, removing travel barriers to drive OPD and IPD conversions.
- Rural GP & Community Alignment: Partner with rural doctors, village heads, and local clinics in Rayalaseema rural pockets to identify patients needing advanced care and coordinate their transport to FIMS.
- Urban Corporate & Society Tie-ups: Pitch executive wellness packages, specialized clinical treatments, and diagnostic services to urban corporate offices,



banks, colleges, and housing societies within Kadapa city.
- Outreach Camp Execution: Organize free health screening camps in rural areas (backed by transport coordination) and premium health awareness events in urban zones.
- Inflow Tracking: Maintain daily and monthly logs of patient footfall, referral sources, and transportation utility to optimize marketing ROI.

Required Qualifications:
- Residential Requirement: Must be a local resident of Kadapa or immediately adjacent nearby areas. Candidates must possess an established local network and deep familiarity with regional routes.
- Language Fluency: Absolute fluency in both Telugu and English is mandatory. Must be able to handle formal communication/reporting in English and speak persuasive, native-level Telugu to build deep trust with rural communities.
