About the Role

TrueGether is an online marketplace and reseller of major wholesale retailers, including
Costco

and
BJ's Wholesale Club

. We continuously monitor inventory, pricing, and product availability to ensure our marketplace reflects accurate and up-to-date information.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused intern to support both marketplace operations and customer support. The role involves manually reviewing product listings on Costco and BJ's Wholesale Club to keep our inventory, pricing, and availability synchronized on a daily basis,



while also assisting buyers and sellers with their day-to-day queries related to orders, disputes, accounts, and the TrueGether platform.

This role combines structured operational work with customer support responsibilities. It is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, communicates professionally, and can perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations
- Manually review product listings on Costco and BJ's Wholesale Club websites.
- Collect, verify, and update the following product information accurately: Product name and SKU, Price changes, Availability and stock status and Discontinued or replaced products
- Update product information in TrueGether's internal systems or spreadsheets according to established guidelines.
- Ensure inventory, pricing, and product availability remain synchronized on a daily basis.
- Identify and report discrepancies, major price fluctuations, missing products,
