Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Business Development Manager (BDM)* with strong experience in *Architectural Specification Sales and Product Approvals*. The ideal candidate should have an established network with architects, consultants, interior designers, builders, and developers, and should be capable of securing product approvals that lead to project specifications and business generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, PMCs, Builders, Developers, and Corporate Clients.





* Obtain product approvals and specifications from architects during the project planning stage.

* Promote the company's products through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and specification meetings.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and key project stakeholders.

* Identify and track upcoming commercial, residential, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.

* Coordinate with contractors, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project conversion.

* Generate enquiries, follow up on specifications, and convert approved projects into business.

* Conduct architect meets, product presentations, and technical seminars.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Maintain accurate project pipeline, CRM, and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
