Job Purpose

The PMO Manager, Technology Projects, CBG, will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects within the Consumer Banking Group. This role involves establishing and maintaining robust project management frameworks, tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards across all technology initiatives impacting CBG.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

*Project Governance and Oversight:*
- Implement and enforce project management standards and procedures for all technology projects within the CBG department, aligning with DBS's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Standard and Group Technology Risk Management Standards.
- Establish project steering committees for large and complex projects, guiding them, managing risks, and overseeing progress.
- Ensure all IT projects integrate security by design principles from inception.
- Collaborate with various functions, including the Central Operations Office (COO), Line of Business Technology (LOBT), and Support Units (SU),



to coordinate project activities and address roadblocks.
- Oversee the change management process for technology implementations, ensuring proper categorization, approval, and impact assessment for both managed and heightened changes, including project cutovers.
- Participate in Regional Production Change Control Board (RPCCB) meetings to review and formalize change schedules, discuss failed changes, and approve major project implementations.

*Project Tracking, Monitoring, and Reporting:*
- Track and monitor the progress of all technology projects within CBG, ensuring they align with planned timelines and objectives.
- Generate and present regular project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
