Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of lead generation, branding, content strategy, social media marketing, and performance marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate quality student leads.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize website performance through SEO and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and grow Route Academy's social media presence across all major platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, blogs, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the admissions, placement, and design teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Track competitor activities and recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure maximum ROI on all digital marketing initiatives.
