Job Title: Service Engineer
Site Manager (Direct Contract)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
2.Monitor usage of tools and equipment and ensure tools are readily available for assigned tasks.
3. Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines for the maintenance teams.
4. Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
5. Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards,
and all other Company policies and procedures.
6. Responsibility for budget control, spares management, site contracts management and the on-going improvement of the maintenance systems.
7. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. Communicate with Customer, Vendors and other stakeholders.
8. Skill Set- Site Management, Testing of Electrical System, Presentation Skills, MS Office, Supervisory License of state of Maharashtra.
9. EHS certification
10. Order handover from Project team along with project manager
11. Understanding scope of work as per approved PO once order is handed over.
12. Good knowledge about MV/LV panels, transformers, cables, cable trays, switchgears etc
13. Should be able to study understand SLD, GA, schematic dwgs co-relate with site requirements
14. Role demands to be permanently stationed at site (across India) as a SPOC from Siemens side from site mobilization till OM Contract ha
