Division/ Department Commercial Vehicle Role Location Manager Business Grade Range M1 to M3 Reports To (Role) Area Manager
- Source high-quality business adhering to organizational processes and policies
- Meet customer for deal assessments and conduct Field Investigations (FI)
- Identify and mitigate deal risks using appropriate lending tools
- Maintain and expand Dealer Relationships
- Ensure HLF maintains market share in the counter
- Collaborate with dealers to achieve location sales targets and foster market relations
- Manage and coordinate pre- and post-disbursement activities (PDD) efficiently
- Support collections team to maintain overall portfolio quality
- Maintain daily Login Disbursement Trackers
- Monitor and share daily status trackers with dealers promptly
- Achieve Cross Sell targets to enhance profitability
- Achieve top bottom-line business targets including Fee Income
- Meet monthly business targets in direct (BC) Business Corresponding, Co-lending Leasing
- Ensure NIL Early Delinquency
- Maintain NIL PDD pending in beyond norms category




- Ensure Marketing Executives and self-maintain high productivity level
- Product Knowledge - Should have the relevant adequate business knowledge pertaining to the role
- Market Knowledge - Should have understanding of the market trends influencing the business
- Financial Understanding - Should have understanding knowledge of the financial concepts in line with the product and role
- Communication Interpersonal Skills - Should be able to express, exchange ideas, thoughts information in a transparent manner with individual or groups who are directly or indirectly associated with the line of business
- Negotiation Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with all the parties involved reach a mutually accepted solution
- Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in NBFC/Bank (Preferred)
- Experience in sourcing business for different products in NBFC/Vehi
