About the Role

This is
not
a conventional Creative Director position.

We're looking for someone who can think like a strategist, communicate like a storyteller, create like a filmmaker, understand AI like a technologist, and lead like an entrepreneur.

You will lead the complete creative function across branding, content,



campaigns, AI-driven communication, digital experiences and integrated marketing.

You will work directly with the Founder to define the creative direction of Ebani while mentoring a team of designers, content creators, copywriters and creative professionals.

Your success will not be measured by how beautiful your work is.

It will be measured by the business impact your creativity creates.

Strategy & GTM

Work closely with Business Leadership to:
