Mandatory Skills
- 3-5 years in a B2B sales, marketing, or pre-sales role; fintech, banking technology, or payments experience strongly preferred.
- Used AI for marketing. Eg. Claude to generate Marketing material, integrate to tools like mailguns, linkedin etc.
- Hands-on experience running direct outreach on LinkedIn and other channels — prospecting, personalized messaging, and lead generation (not paid social ads
- Experience designing and executing email outreach campaigns with tools such as HubSpot, Seamless, Smartlead, or equivalent
- Comfortable recording product demos and walkthroughs independently
- Experience setting up and delivering live product demonstrations to business and technical audiences, including C-suite stakeholders
- Robust written and visual communication skills — able to build polished decks and one-pagers independently
- Self-starter able to independently manage concurrent campaigns, demo requests, content production, and deal-support activities

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to stablecoin or digital asset products and their go-to-market positioning




- Experience with RFP response processes in a B2B fintech or banking technology context
- Editing or design tool proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and the ability to speak intelligently to technical buyers
- Prior experience working with or at banks, financial institutions, or core banking vendors
- Awareness of PCI / SOC2 compliance requirements.
