Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.

The intern will assist in generating and qualifying leads for business sales, farms, acreage, and luxury properties, and support follow-up communication with prospective clients.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing basic sales presentations, updating property listings, and supporting digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.

Follow ups on phone and email on daily basis

The role also involves coordinating with senior team members to organize training materials, track sales performance metrics, and contribute to marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility.



The intern will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely customer responses and consistent documentation of interactions in CRM or tracking tools.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good phone skills in English & Hindi
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess the ability to assist with Training-related tasks, such as preparing materials and supporting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of marketing principles, including social media usage and online promotion of services.
