Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around enhancing the quality of project deliveries and optimizing the performance of these applications in a production workplace. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing effective governance measures to ensure code quality and controlling cloud costs for these applications.
- Project Delivery Quality Lead and oversee the development and implementation of CRM, BPM, and CCM solutions, ensuring high-quality project deliveries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.



Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to improve code quality and maintainability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery process and optimize resource utilization.
- Code Quality Governance Establish and enforce governance processes and standards for code quality across CRM, BPM, and CCM applications. Define coding guidelines, architectural principles, and design patterns to ensure consistent and efficient development practices. Conduct code inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with coding standards. Mentor and train developers on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
