Position Title: FOS (Feet on Street) Salary Range: 30K Max Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory) Industry Preference: Laminates, Plywood, Furniture, Mattresses, D cor, Building Materials Roles Responsibilities 1. Manage and develop Dealers, Interior Decorators, Architects, and Channel Partners in the assigned territory. 2. Ensure effective channel sales servicing, channel expansion, and channel relationship management. 3. Provide end-to-end customer servicing including product demos, product awareness, and query handling. 4. Generate sales from existing and new channel partners to achieve monthly targets. 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share timely reports. 6. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and service-related requirements. 7.



Conduct regular field visits to ensure brand visibility and product placement. Candidate Requirements Graduate with 1 4 years of experience in building materials, laminates, ply, furniture, d cor, or related industries. Robust communication relationship-building skills. Must have prior experience handling dealers interior decorators. Two-wheeler preferred.
