Scope Of Work
- Tendering and Public-Market Contracts:
- End-to-end legal ownership of public and government/PSU tender participation, including review of tender eligibility conditions, bid documents, bid bonds, performance and bank guarantees, and indemnity, penalty, and termination provisions.
- Advising the business on tender risk, qualification criteria, and compliance obligations prior to bid submission, and drafting and vetting all resulting concession, service, and supply agreements.
- Operator and Commercial Contracts:
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalising operator agreements, vendor and OEM contracts, service agreements, and all core commercial arrangements underpinning the mobility business.
- Standardising contract templates, defining fallback negotiation positions, and managing the contract lifecycle from drafting through renewal and exit.
- International / Cross-Border Contracts:
- Handling commercial contracts with international private-market customers, including master service agreements, cross-border data, IP, and confidentiality terms,



and advising on foreign governing-law, jurisdiction, and enforcement considerations.
- Licensing, Regulatory, and Compliance:
- Securing, maintaining, and renewing local, state, and sector-specific licences and permits required for mobility operations, and tracking the evolving regulatory framework applicable to the business.
- Ensuring organisational compliance with applicable transport, corporate, and commercial regulations, and advising the leadership team on regulatory change.
- ESG Framework:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Companys ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework from a legal and compliance standpoint, including relevant policies and governance standards.
