✅ Strong understanding of US Healthcare compliance & medical terminology
✅ Expertise in sourcing through Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice,
ZipRecruiter & LinkedIn
✅ Strong Boolean Search & passive sourcing skills
✅ Experience working on high-volume healthcare requirements
✅ Excellent communication & candidate management skills
✅ Familiarity with ATS tools & onboarding processes
