- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML, data science, or solution architecture.
- Proven, hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions using:

o Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio

o LLM Orchestration (LangChain, Semantic Ker nel)

o Python, PySpark

o Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search, Milvus)
- Solid understanding of LLM orchestration, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Demonstrable experience in designing data governance and data strategy alongside AI/ML solutions (e.g., leveraging Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric).
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, RBAC, VNet/network security, and performance/cost tuning on Azure.
- Experience with data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and MLOps on Azure (Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD for AI workloads.
